Something you often hear in the workplace: 'It will be OK once things have calmed down' or 'once this project goes live we can have some stability back'. The thing is change is the new normal. This session looks at tactics we can all use to help us cope with constant change.

Changing the way we work

The world of work is changing. You might be getting more requests from your people to be flexible and are wondering what is on offer and how can you make a change. This session explores the options and how you can change the way your business works for the better. 

Mindfulness at work 

This session introduces stress management and reduction techniques that can be used in the workplace and at home. Focussing primarily on the practice of Mindfulness, this session will offer insight into what Mindfulness is, how easily it can be accessed by anyone, it’s benefits and how to learn more for a lasting impact at work and at home.

Thriving

Thrive is a programme which supports individuals to take responsibility for their own resilience, physical and mental wellbeing. It uses advanced NLP techniques to help individuals to identify the factors, which work best for them personally and then lines up their motivations to do the things that will make the biggest difference.
