Is the Imposter Speaking?

Even now, after years of living and years of working the old imposter in me can still raise her ugly head. Imposter syndrome is something I see almost weekly as a coach - in men just as much as women. That fear that we will be found out to be inadequate. The continual habit of comparing ourselves with everyone around us and everyone who has gone before. If we can conquer it then it can certainly make our lives more comfortable and our confidence can soar.
